Banana Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans
    brandy
Preparation
    Heavily butter a shallow casserole.
    Cover butter with bananas, sliced lengthwise.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and plenty of butter,
    a layer of raisins and pecans.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in preheated oven at 325\u00b0.
    Just before serving, throw a little brandy on top.
    Good with pork, poultry and great over ice cream.
