Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter, softened
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 whole eggs
Preparation
    Mix sugar and butter together by hand in a small bowl until combined. Add extract and eggs and stir only until eggs are thoroughly mixed in. DO NOT overmix. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until just set. (DO NOT overbake.)
