Round Steak With Rich Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak
    1/3 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving sizes.
    Sprinkle one side with 1/2 of the flour; pound in.
    Turn over and pound in remaining flour. Heat oil in large skillet; brown meat on both sides.
    Sprinkle onion soup over meat.
    Mix water and mushroom soup and pour over meat.
    Cover tightly and simmer 1 1/2 hours until done.
