Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium sized onions
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. chopped beef
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Mince onions and saute in 3 tablespoons butter (or bacon fat). Add flour; blend well.
Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
