Cocoa Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
Preparation

Beat egg whites in medium bowl until foamy.
Add cream of tartar; beat until soft peaks form.
Gradually beat in sugar, a few tablespoons at a time.
Beat until stiff.
Fold in cocoa. Drop batter
by level teaspoons on nonstick cookie sheets which have been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake in preheated 275\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
Cool completely before removing from pans. Store in a very dry place.
Makes about 8 dozen.
