Lemon Herb Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. fresh grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp. one or more of the following: parsley, oregano, marjoram, minced onion, tarragon, paprika or 1 tsp. dill weed or basil
Preparation

Melt butter; add lemon peel and juice, blending well.
Add seasonings to taste.
Keep warm while preparing vegetables.
Serve butter with vegetables.
Makes 1/4 cup or 6 servings.
