Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. lukewarm water
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant mashed potatoes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Add this mixture to the original starter and let stand, lightly covered, overnight.
