German Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small red potatoes
    4 slices bacon, cut in pieces
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. sugar or less
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. chicken broth (made with cubes)
    4 knockwurst
    parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins.
    Peel and slice thin.
    Cook bacon and onion; stir in sugar, mustard, salt and pepper; stir in chicken broth (can be made with cubes).
    Stir in vinegar and celery seed. Bring to a boil.
    Pour over potato slices, then put in hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve with hot knockwurst.
