Christmas Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans chicken with rice soup
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour in a large casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 20 minutes during cooking.
