Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    black pepper to taste
    2 pkg. rice string noodles
    3 bunches green onions
    1 onion
    2 lb. pkg. carrots and cabbage
    1 can coconut juice
    1 or 2 packs egg roll wrappers
Preparation
    In a large pot, cook ground beef and turkey in butter; cook until meat is done, then add eggs and stir.
    Add garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
    Soak noodles in water, then add noodles. Stir.
    Add onions, diced.
    Stir again.
    Add coconut juice and cook 5 minutes.
    Taste; may have to add more salt and garlic powder. Cool, then roll.
    Fry egg rolls in hot cooking oil.
    Place on paper towels and enjoy.
