Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 lemon
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Mix butter, sugar, yolks of eggs, juice of lemon and grated rind of lemon.
Add to water which flour has been stirred into. Beat the 2 egg whites and fold into the lemon mixture.
Then pour into a prepared pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 until knife comes out clean.
The egg whites will form a meringue on top.
