Almost Heaven Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (13 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 pkg. coconut or chopped nuts
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan or baking dish.
When done, take from oven and prick with fork while still hot.
Pour pineapple over top.
Blend pudding with milk and beat in softened cream cheese; spread over layer of pineapple.
Then cover with whipped topping.
If desired, cake may be garnished with chopped nuts and coconut.
