Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chili meat
    1 tsp. cumin powder
    1 garlic bulb, chopped fine
    2 cans tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Place meat in heavy pot.
    Cook slowly until dry.
    Add salt, pepper, cumin powder and garlic (chopped fine).
    Let brown slightly.
    Add paste and chili.
    Cover with water and simmer 2 hours.
    Add 2 cups Brown Bty beans (any brand) if desired.
