Navy Bean Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. navy beans
1 bay leaf
2 big cloves garlic
1 large onion
2 ribs celery
1 tomato
1 tsp. garden herbs
Preparation
-
Cover beans with water.
Bring to boil 2 minutes.
Cover and let stand for 1hour.
Add rest of ingredients and boil until as done as you like them.
Salt and black pepper may be added to suit your taste.
