Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. mushrooms (remove stems and save)
    1 onion
    butter and oil
    bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chives
    bacon bits
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Fry mushrooms in butter and oil; set aside.
    With oil and butter left over, add onion and stems of mushrooms and fry.
    Mix the bread crumbs, chives and bacon bits to onion and mushroom stems.
    Add sour cream; mix altogether.
    Fill mushrooms and broil when ready to eat.
