Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (plain or hot)
    2 c. Bisquick
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage in pan.
    Pour off grease and add cheese to sausage until melted.
    Pour into bowl.
    Add Bisquick and stir. Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
    May be stored in freezer before baking.
