Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
    3/4 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Blend the next 4 ingredients until smooth.
    Stir in the meat and other ingredients.
    Pour in pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes (knife should come out clean).
