Bacon And Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
3/4 lb. sliced bacon, cooked until crisp
3/4 lb. natural Swiss cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne
Preparation
-
Place onion on bottom of pie shell, then alternate bacon and cheese until used.
Combine rest of ingredients.
Pour slowly over.
Custard like consistency when done.
Test for doneness by inserting knife in center until it comes out clean.
