Millet Gourmet Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soaked soy beans (1/3 c. dry), ground
    1 1/2 c. cooked millet
    1/2 c. chopped Brazilian nuts
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 large onion, ground
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Soak soy beans overnight in water to cover.
    Cook millet by steaming 1/2 cup hulled millet in 2 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Grind soy beans and onion medium fine.
