Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat (backfin)
    1 lb. bay scallops
    1 lb. peeled shrimp
    1/4 lb. butter
    Parmesan cheese
    bread crumbs
    Old Bay seasoning to taste
    white wine
Preparation
    Mix crab meat, scallops and shrimp.
    Add seafood seasoning to taste.
    Melt 1/4 pound butter.
    Pour over mixed seafood.
    Add white wine until it covers seafood.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
    Add Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs to top 10 minutes before casserole is finished.
    Serves 6 to 8.
