Hot Spiced Percolator Punch - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. water
2 c. cranberry juice
1 Tbsp. whole cloves
2 tsp. whole allspice
3 sticks broken cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar, lightly packed
