Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. lard
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and lard, cutting until well mixed.
    Beat egg until light; add water and vinegar and mix with flour mixture. Will make 4 crusts.
    Can keep in refrigerator 3 to 4 days.
    They also freeze well.
