Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries and syrup
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    To the boiling water, add strawberry jello, strawberries and syrup, pineapple and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Put 1/2 mixture in dish. Refrigerate.
    When set, spread the sour cream over it.
    Pour rest of mixture carefully on top.
    Refrigerate.
