Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cakes or 4 small jars Old English cheese
    3 cakes (3 oz. pkg.) cream cheese
    1/2 lb. Roquefort cheese
    1 small onion
    1 lb. shelled pecans
    dash of pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Put cheeses in mixing bowl; let stand until soft.
    Grind pecans and add to cheeses.
    Add grated onion and a dash of pepper.
    Work with hands to form a large ball; cover with parsley.
    Chill and serve.
