Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. fine cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Accent (monosodium glutamate)
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. ground sage or poultry seasoning
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Soak cracker crumbs in milk; add meat, eggs, onion and seasonings. Mix well. Shape in loaf in shallow baking pan or lightly pack into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Garnish with pepper and onion rings. Yield: 8 servings.
