Peachtree Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. country-style ribs (serving size pieces)
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) jar strained junior peaches
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 cloves garlic, finely minced
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Place ribs in Dutch oven, cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender, 1 to 2 hours.
    Drain meat and place in a glass 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine peaches, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger; pour over meat.
    Let marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    Drain well, reserving marinade.
