Prawns In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 k. prawns
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    4 stalks leeks, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1c. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    With a kitchen scissor, snip the legs and tails of the prawns. Cut in 1-inch diagonal pieces.
    Dredge in cornstarch and fry until crisp.
    Set aside.
    Saute the leeks and the rest of the ingredients.
    Simmer until thick, then add fried prawns.
    Simmer until sauce is almost dry.
