Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage (uncooked)
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose biscuit mix
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Mix all ingredients and form into 1-inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen.
