Crusty Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion and garlic until beef is brown and onion is tender.
    Drain off grease.
    Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, pinto beans and corn.
    Spoon beef mixture in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over meat mixture.
    Prepare 1 (6 ounce) package corn bread mix according to package directions.
    Pour over beef mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until corn bread is golden.
