Lentil Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 potatoes, chopped
2 carrots, chopped small or grated
1 tomato, chopped
1 1/4 c. water or broth
1/4 c. lentils
Preparation

Saute celery, potato and carrot in oil.
Add lentils, water and tomato.
Bring to boil, then cover and simmer about 1 hour. (Check to be sure liquid hasn't boiled out.
Add more water if needed.)
