Scalloped Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sea scallops
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. light cream
2 Tbsp. butter, cut in pieces
Preparation

Butter an 8-inch baking casserole.
Wash scallops, cutting in half if very large.
Drain well.
Mix crumbs, crushed crackers and butter.
