Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted plain flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. Pet milk, diluted with 2/3 c. water
Preparation

Stir flour and baking powder 3 times.
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and baking powder alternately with diluted milk.
Add vanilla and stir until smooth.
Add eggs.
Bake in muffin pan or in shallow pan at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut into squares or fancy shapes.
Makes 20 tea cakes.
