Cucumber-Chili Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cucumbers, peeled and cut in thin slices
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 hot chili pepper, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix salt, vinegar, sugar and chili pepper in bowl; add cucumber.
    Gently toss to coat cucumbers.
    Serve at once.
    Yields 4 servings.
