Pot Roast Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef
    2/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 medium potatoes, sliced
    3 medium onions, quartered
    3 medium carrots
    2 tsp. parsley leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix together the first 7 ingredients; shape into loaf.
    Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick; place on both sides of meat.
    Quarter onions and cut up carrots.
    Place over potatoes.
    Mix parsley leaves, salt and pepper; sprinkle over everything.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
