Baked Sliced Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Preparation

Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
Place overlapping in buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Mix all other ingredients. Brush slices with mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
