Roasted Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. quartered, unpeeled red small potatoes
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place potatoes on a greased baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, stirring once.
    Mix dressing, bacon, eggs, onion, salt and pepper in large bowl.
    Add potatoes; mix lightly. Serve warm or chilled.
    Makes 6 servings.
