Enchilada Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Gebhardt's chili powder
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet; add flour and stir until mixture is smooth.
Add all other ingredients and cook until tender.
