Martha'S Company Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
8 oz. egg noodles
2 c. tomato puree
salt and pepper
pinch of basil
1 lb. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small onion
1 medium green pepper
Preparation
-
Cook noodles and make bottom layer in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Brown beef, add puree and seasonings.
Melt cheese and add to onion and pepper.
Spread cheese layer over noodles.
Spread beef mixture over cheeses.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
