Maple Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. maple syrup
    1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    pastry for 9-inch bottom crust
Preparation
    Beat eggs well, then beat in sugar, spices and salt.
    Add maple syrup, evaporated milk and pumpkin, beating with rotary beater.
    Pour into pastry-lined pan and bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes longer or until a knife blade comes out cleanly when inserted near center.
    Serve cold or slightly warm.
