Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large pkg. cream cheese
2 pt. sour cream
2 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. + 2 oz. sugar
4 1/2 to 5 Tbsp. flour
5 egg yolks
3 egg whites
Preparation

Mix everything, except whites, together.
Beat egg whites until fluffy.
Fold into mixture.
Pour into round spring pan. Bake for 1 hour.
Shut off oven and leave in oven for 1 hour with door ajar.
