Homemade Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    3/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick
    3/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients.
    Divide
    mixture in half, rolling into two loaves.
    Wrap
    each
    loaf
    in
    foil,
    shiny side out. Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Poke
    holes in foil and bake on broiler pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
