Banana Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts (optional)
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. mashed banana
    1 (8 oz.) c. crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift the dry ingredients together (except nuts).
    Mix and add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour.
    Makes 3 small or 2 large loaves.
