No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening and salt with pastry blender.
    Mix egg, water and vinegar together and add to flour mixture.
    Mix together to form a ball and roll out.
    Makes two 9-inch double crusts.
