Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    4 large eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped apples, soaked in water (Yellow Delicious)
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add eggs; beat 1 minute at medium speed. Combine flour with egg mixture.
    Add apples, vanilla and nuts; mix well.
    Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for an hour to an hour and a half.
