Mostaccioli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper (coarse)
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 chopped onion
    2 small pkg. or 1 (16 oz.) pkg. mostaccioli macaroni
Preparation
    Cook mostaccioli as directed on package until tender.
    Marinate in all remaining ingredients in refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight.
    Serve chilled.
