Cinnamon Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. apples, cored and sliced
    6 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. red hots (Kraft or Brach's brand)
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Cook cored and sliced apples until very tender.
    Put through ricer, then add remaining ingredients. Cook for 30 minutes.
    Ladle into sterile jars and seal.
    Yields approximately 5.
