Jelly Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. tart jelly
1 egg white, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

In double boiler, over boiling water, beat consistently the ingredients until the jelly melts.
Remove from heat; beat until mixture will hold its shape, using electric mixer.
