Aileen'S Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 box confectioners sugar
1 egg white
lump of soft butter
3 to 5 drops oil of peppermint (buy in drugstore)
1 Tbsp. cream, condensed milk, etc.
Preparation

Start with 3/4 box of confectioners sugar; add egg white, butter and oil of peppermint.
Add cream.
Start mixing together until it's a batter like dough; keep working with it adding a little cream until dough becomes creamy, working with hands all the time.
Pinch off a little; roll it and cut it like mints. That's all there is to it.
Make sure dough is creamy.
If it is too dry, it won't roll out, it just crumbles.
Be sure not to get too much cream at a time or you'll have to add more and more sugar.
You can use up to two boxes of sugar and add food coloring.
