Bootlegger Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz. size) cans pork and beans
6 strips bacon
1 large onion
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
5 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation

Chop bacon and start to fry.
When partially done, add finely chopped onion.
When onion starts to brown, pour off grease.
Add beans, brown sugar and ketchup.
Stir well.
Cover pan; simmer slowly for 5 minutes.
Pour into a baking dish.
Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0 (stir once).
