Chicken Enchiladas(Imuy Delicioso!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 dozen flour tortillas
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can chopped chilies
1/2 diced onion
1 can chunk chicken (shredded)
shredded Cheddar (2 cups)
Pam cooking spray
Preparation

Fry tortillas in oil for 10 seconds each, then set aside on a plate.
Mix the next 5 ingredients together in a bowl.
Place 1 heaping tablespoonful of mixture on each tortilla, roll up and place in oblong casserole (with Pam sprayed on bottom).
After putting in all 12 tortillas, pour remaining sauce on top.
Cook 25 minutes; sprinkle cheese on top and cook until melted.
Makes 6 servings.
Serve with chopped lettuce, salsa and rice.
